Your First Steps: Support Plus Dashboard Video Guide

Watch this video for a detailed walkthrough of setting up your Support Plus dashboard. The Get Started video shows you how the modules on the dashboard can be used to efficiently set up your Future plan.

• Utilise the 'Handover' module to note who assumes responsibility for which task, so transition of care is easy if it’s ever needed weather for a day, a week or an extended period of time.
• The 'About' module documents personal routines, everyday activities, likes and dislikes and more information to paint a complete picture of the care recipient’s needs.
• In the 'Support Team' module, store contact information of paid providers and unpaid caregivers, and the care recipient’s weekly schedule to know all who provide support.

Add an additional support worker or caregiver to update information on the dashboard as necessary, in the 'Edit Account' section of Settings.
