The 'Handover' module offers guidance and steps for transitioning Participant's caregiver role, whether temporarily or long-term. It addresses the administrative aspects of NDIS engagement such as the role of a nominee, while other sections focus on the actions necessary to ensure a smooth transition. Include a role that covers who is holding Participant's documentation.
The following table provides an overview of who is happy to take on a support role and/ or be a plan or correspondence nominee for Participant should there need to be a change in the future.
